Representative Dyson objected. Representative Dyson placed a call of the House on the bill. **The presence of Representative Ogan, who had been previously excused (page 3607), was noted. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Amendment No. 2 and Amendment No. 3 were not offered. Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 364 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. Objections were heard. The Speaker stated that SB 364 will be in third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
